Q. My phone isn't on the compatibility list. How can I find out if the adaptor will work?
  If your phone is not on the list please email us at sales@directdevices.co.uk with the details of your phone and a member of our customer service team will be happy to offer advice about your model.
 
Q. Does my phone need to be unlocked to use the adaptor?
  If you are using 2 SIMs from different networks then it may be necessary to unlock your phone in order to use both of them with the adaptor.
 
Q. My adaptor isn't working or may be faulty.
 

If you think the item may be faulty we can help to rectify the situation as quickly as possible.

Before contacting us, ensure that both SIMs are properly connected to the adaptor and that the connection points are clean.

If it is still not working please email us at sales@directdevices.co.uk, explaining exactly what is happening when you try to use the adaptor, along with the make and model of your mobile. Our customer service team is always on hand to respond to you quickly and help to resolve the issue.

 
Q. Where is my item?
  We guarantee all orders are posted within 4 hours of recieving payment. In most cases you should receive your item by the following day (for UK customers). Because we use Royal Mail First Class, their delivery can sometimes take a little longer. If you do not receive your item within 5 days of purchasing (overseas customers 7 days) please contact us at sales@directdevices.co.uk and we will rectify the issue straight away.
 
Q. I have received my item but it isn't working. Can you please help?
  We make every effort to resolve all problems as quickly and efficiently as possible. If you are experiencing problems, please check the Troubleshooting FAQ for the item you have purchased. If you think the item you have recieved may be faulty, please contact us at sales@directdevices.co.uk and we will offer a replacement or refund.
 
Q. I want to return the item, what's your address?
  If you wish to return an item please contact our customer service department either via ebay messages or at sales@directdevices.co.uk
 
Q. I have left feedback for you, when will you leave me feedback?
